SOPHIE Building

SolidACE Construction & Development Corporation was commissioned to construct the SOPHIE Building, a purpose-built business process outsourcing (BPO) facility strategically located in Dumaguete City. This multi-storey structure was designed to meet the technical and spatial requirements of a modern BPO operation, featuring large open floor plates for flexible workstation layouts, soundproofed rooms for meetings and training, and robust electrical and data infrastructure to support high-volume operations. The building also includes a lobby, employee lounges, pantry areas, and restrooms on each floor, designed for functionality and employee comfort.

Built with scalability and operational efficiency in mind, the SOPHIE Building incorporates advanced mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems suited for 24/7 operation.
