SolidAce was engaged for the construction of The Bricks Hotel, a boutique hospitality project strategically located along Dumaguete City’s scenic Rizal Boulevard. The project involved the complete structural and architectural development of a four-storey establishment featuring 27 fully equipped guest rooms. The hotel’s design adopted a modern industrial aesthetic, incorporating exposed concrete, repurposed wood, and minimalist interiors to create a distinctive, contemporary atmosphere. Sustainable construction practices were applied throughout the build, with SolidAce integrating reclaimed materials in the furniture and finishes to enhance the hotel’s eco-conscious appeal.

SolidAce delivered on the client’s vision of blending urban design with comfort and function, ensuring seamless access to city landmarks like Silliman University and the Dumaguete Seaport.
