YMCA Building

SolidAce was commissioned to undertake the construction of the new two-storey YMCA Building in Dumaguete City, designed to serve as a modern, multi-functional facility for youth development programs, community services, and administrative operations. The structure features reinforced concrete construction with spacious, flexible interior layouts to accommodate a range of activities including training sessions, workshops, fitness classes, and organizational meetings. Prioritizing durability and usability, SolidAce integrated efficient spatial planning and robust materials to support high foot traffic and long-term operational needs.

In addition to the core construction, SolidAce delivered utility systems, finishing works, and site development including pathways, drainage, and accessibility features. The project was executed with careful coordination to meet YMCA’s timeline and quality standards, ensuring that the facility would become a reliable and welcoming hub for the local community. Through this project, SolidAce demonstrated its capability in institutional building delivery, combining functionality, community relevance, and structural excellence.
