The Martin-Anita Uy Matiao building is a three storey Commercial building at the Heart of Dumaguete’s Commercial Center, with Jollibee fast Food chain occupying majority of the first floor and AMA school in the 2nd and third floors.

Silliman University H.E. & ND Building
Silliman University first-ever classrooms made of container vans. Twelve (12) container vans were merged to form four (4) classrooms atop an existing building of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department.
Silliman University now has its first building built on top of an existing structure ready for occupancy this coming school year 2013-2014, following its completion by SolidACE Construction and Development.
The building was constructed for the College of Mass Communication. It forms a second-storey to the ground floor complex of the Instructional Media and Technology Center.
Completed in November 2012, the building has a total of 11 rooms, composed of classrooms, a faculty room and a multi-media laboratory.
Captain Ribbers, the best restaurant specializing in grilled pork ribs in Dumaguete, had commissioned SolidACE Construction and Development to undertake its expansion.
The restaurant now boasts of its new air-conditioned multi-purpose dining area, complete ambient lighting and offering a view of a colorful mural painting by a popular local artist in the al fresco area. SolidACE also took charge of concreting the parking space and al fresco area, installing a ramp for easy access to persons with disabilities.
